UCC Click & Trade Front office system is a web-based intranet banking application that provides a direct branch /office/ to a treasury channel so that a bank's customers can obtain competitive and executable rates.

UCC Click & Trade Dealing Portal is designed for banks that want to trade different products like FX, MM, SWAPS, IRS, FORWARDS, SECURITIES faster and more flexibly and get better accountability and visibility of the trade.

UCC Click & Trade Dealing System is designed to support thousands of simultaneous users, and thousands of daily transactions over the intranet. The UCC Click & Trade system provides a consistent, controlled, and secure framework for banks to offer FX dealing and FX settlement services directly to their front offices through the intranet.

One of the most impressive abilities of UCC Click & Trade is the connection to the existing web banking. The customers will be able to perform FX deals directly using the web banking in a very secure and controled manner.

UCC Click & Trade is based on different modules. This gives posibilities for the customer to optimize the price choosing only the modules that he need. The basic modules cover the good banking practice and products. The modules can be parameterised according to the banks needs because of the good flexibility of the product. The basic modules include:

1. UCC Click & Trade Core Module

Provides automatically generated real time rates;
Propagates rates to the branches;
Links bank's rates to Reuters or Bloomberg;
Treasury monitors generated rates and spreads (for diferent amounts diferent spreads can be setup);
System alert for rate's change in case of volatile market movements during the day ;
Enables daily official rate changes during the business day.

2. UCC Click & Trade Front office module

P&L and Reports;
Receives deal requests;
Approves rates on-line;
Monitors deals and rates on-line;
Open Position monitoring.

3. UCC Click & Trade Branch Portal

Receives official dynamic currency rates automatically;
Executes deals at official rates without confirmation from the Treasury (the rates can vary according to the amount traded by the customers);
Requests and receives preferential rates from Treasury;
Not only Treasury but other bank products can be added as well like deposit products.

4. UCC Click & Trade Risk module

Real Time open position monitoring;
Real time limits monitoring;
VAR calculate;
Big customers exposure overview (For example top 10, 20 or 50).

5. UCC Click & Trade Reports

Dealers diary will be automatically generated with an option to be sent to other units by mail for second control;
P&L data will be available on-line during the working day as well as an “End of the day” report.
